Delivery, Shipping and Returns

All delivery is currently via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 services.  Unfortunately international orders are not currently possible without prior discussion so please email me at emma@islaskydesigns.co.uk if you would like to have an item shipped internationally.  Shipping is free for any order total of £75. As this items are at times made to order, please allow 7-10 days for your item to arrive. 

Returns or exchanges are not possible on earring items for hygiene reasons. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason please contact me with you order number, address and photos of the defective item so I can help you.
